Yummy Tummy
This tea has a nice warming blend of spices and herbs to help with digestion and constipation. The main allies used are Marshmallow root and Meadowsweet, both of which help in aiding the GI tract and inflammation. As well as Senna a plant that works as a mild temporary laxative, along with these for herbs I have included quite a few warming spices to add to the anti-inflammatory properties and relieve any intestinal pain.
This tea came about because along with my fibromyalgia, POTs, and multitude of other health problems I have frequent tummy problems. That being said I figured that if I was dealing with this sort of issue I couldn’t be the only one and thus Yummy Tummy was born.
