Postpartum Soak
This is for all my new and once again birthing people out there dealing with the after effects of giving birth. My dear brother and sister have a total of 10 wonderful children that I love to death. I personally have never really imagined having kids but I adore and respect that family. So when my youngest nephew was born I new my sister was going to be going through a lot both physically and emotionally and be in need of healing. I created this Postpartum Soak to aid in the healing process after childbirth. Heavy in healing Plantain and Yarrow to help with any tearing that may have occurred along with herbs for pain relief, toning and anti-inflammatory properties.
RecoverTEA
One of the after effects of childbirth is the birth giver being low on essential vitamins and minerals. When my youngest nephew was born I want to help my sister recoup as much as I could. With that in mind I made RecoverTEA, a tea high essential vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B complete, C, E & K along with even more than that. I have also included Raspberry leaf to work as an anti-spasmodic and relaxant of the uterus and Motherwort for its hormonal balancing properties.
