Nitty Gritty

The Nitty Gritty is a hydrating body bar that has hand milled magnesium in it that literally melts into the skin. Magnesium is a natural mineral that has been a big friend of mine in recent years, it helps with everything from sore and fatigued muscles, skin and bone health, to helping regulate our core nerves system. Because the magnesium in the bar is in a solid form that has been hand ground it gives this bar a bit of a “gritty” feel, hence the name “The Nitty Gritty”. The bar is meant to be used after a warm shower on slightly damp skin to help the magnesium melt into the skin and be better absorbed. The Nitty Gritty comes in two different scents one being of the woodsy variety containing Birch, Balsam Fir and Cedar wood essential oils, the other if a fresh scent of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Birch essential oils.
