This tea is a simple blend of herbs intended to help relax the body and ease it into a deeper and more effective sleep. Skullcap and Passion flower both help with relaxing the body and calming the nervous system, Passion flower especially is know to help with insomnia. These herbs along with Chamomile and Lavender help to relax the body and keep it that way to ensure better quality sleep.
Goodnight Moon was inspired by my best friend of over 10 years. For as long as I have known them they have struggled with their insomnia and sleep habits. In efforts to aid them and put my studies to good use and provide some relief to my dear friend. So I created this tea not only to help them fall asleep but to keep them asleep throughout the night.
